Olya Balaban (Oli), our Program Manager and I are on the road.
Above, Olya and I stand with the seven students we have placed in schools in the States. Six at Menaul School in Albuquerque and one (below) at Rabun Gap School in N. Georgia.
Below is our fall schedule for travel. It's extensive. There are 73 stops. Most are offices of Presbyteries. To know the location you would need to search for example: "Presbytery of Cincinnati". There are 43 Presbyteries; the rest are mostly churches. The Presbyteries are the places to contact if you wish to connect with churches in any city or region. In the Spring I visited 35 presbyteries in the west; this trip is more to the east.
It is difficult to predict what will happen in Ukraine this year and the next. I need to be prepared for another flood of refugees and people displaced by the war. CURRENTLY, I COMPILING A LIST OF INTERESTED SPONSORS FOR FAMILIES. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE INCLUDED, PLEASE CONTACT ME.
I also travel with a message of HOPE. Given the right community of support, I have seen how suffering produces endurance, and character produces hope. It's all about the grace with which we greet these families and the love we consistently share.
